DOCX模板的保存、参数填充、PDF生成和签章锚点回写。

模板中使用以下自动签章变量即可定位签章： ${_template_signatory_1}、${_template_signatory_1_operator}。 数字对应签约方 index。为了兼容既有 PDF/HTML 模板，签约方 ChapterPo.getName() 和经办人签章名也会自动注入为同一类锚点。
