      Returns the public filename of the generated contract PDF.

      The signing supplier validates the suffix before reading the file stream. A DOCX template is converted to PDF before it is submitted, so the persisted filename must describe that generated PDF even when the caller supplies only a display name.

      Parameters:
      name - caller supplied filename or display name
      Returns:
      a filename ending in .pdf
